  • Regular maintenance of input/output devices of CNC system.

 

  • Regular inspection and replacement of DC motor brush excessive wear of DC motor brushes will affect the performance of the motor and even cause damage to the motor. For this reason, the motor brush shall be regularly inspected and replaced. CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, machining centers, etc. shall be inspected once a year.

 

  • Regularly replace the storage battery to ensure that different electrical components of the system can maintain the contents of its memory. In general, even if it has not expired, it should be replaced once a year to ensure the normal operation of the system. The battery shall be replaced under the power supply status of the CNC system to prevent the loss of information in RAM during replacement.

 

  • Maintenance of spare circuit board when the spare printed circuit board is not used for a long time, it shall be installed in the CNC system regularly and powered on for a period to prevent damage.

  • Maintain the main drive chain and regularly adjust the tightness of the spindle drive belt to prevent large workpieces from losing rotation; Check the constant temperature and adjustable temperature range of the main shaft lubrication, supplement the oil quantity in time, and clean and filter; After the tool clamping device in the spindle is used for a long time, there will be a gap, which will affect the clamping of the tool. It is necessary to adjust the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder piston in time.

 

  • Regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of the ball screw to ensure the reverse transmission accuracy and axial stiffness; Regularly check whether the link between the lead screw and the bed is loose; If the lead screw protective device is damaged, it shall be replaced in time to prevent dust or chips from entering.

 

  • Maintenance of tool magazine and tool changing manipulator it is strictly forbidden to load overweight and overlong tools into the tool magazine, to avoid tool dropping or collision between the tool and the workpiece and fixture when the manipulator changes the tool; Frequently check whether the zero return position of the tool magazine is correct, check whether the position of the tool change point of the machine tool spindle is in place, and adjust it in time; When the machine is started, the tool magazine and manipulator shall be operated in an idle state, and the operation of each part shall be checked, especially the normal operation of each travel switch and solenoid valve; Check whether the locking of the tool on the manipulator is reliable, and handle it in time if any abnormality is found.

 

Regular maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

 

Clean or replace the filter or sub filter screen of each lubricating, hydraulic and pneumatic system; Regularly test and check the oil quality of the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil; Drain the air pressure system filter regularly.

 

Regular maintenance of machine tool accuracy

 

The key point is to regularly check and correct the level and mechanical accuracy of the machine tool. There are two methods to correct mechanical accuracy: hard and soft.
